2. You'll be given the opportunity to play your instrument when you pick it up. You have seven days to return your instrument for further service or repair if you are unhappy with the initial result. Only adjustments to the original service or repair are covered. New and additional service and repair will be treated as a new instance, resulting in the normal fee's.
Most major guitar manufacturers and the box stores that sell their guitars do not set up new guitars for the best sound and performance. The ones that do have long waiting times and less passionate hourly employees that may not give you their best. We guarantee an honest up front, free appraisal of what your guitar needs. It largely depends on what feels right for you, BUT there are a few guidelines to keep in mind. With strings you get what you pay for. Choosing lighter gauged strings makes it harder to fret the string and tend to cut into your fingers more. Experiment with different string gauges to find what's best for you.
